The first Dollop location opened in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood in 2005. Since then, you are 10 years older (sorry), and we are 10 years better, at being a coffee business. Coffee is our lives! We take pride in every cup you drink. We are now baking our own delicious pastries with Hoosier Mama Pie Company in Pilsen, and will soon be baking our own croissants in Ukrainian Village. And each of our custom shops are designed and built by Paul Leisen. We are still brewing the best cup of Metropolis coffee you can find. Life is good, and your coffee should be too. Good talk.
